Privacy Policy

Information you provide: when you submit the inquiry form, I collect the details you enter — your name, email, brand name, target platform, niche, budget, timeline, and message.

Information collected automatically: with your consent, I use analytics tools that collect standard technical data such as your IP address (often truncated/anonymized), device and browser type, pages visited, referring site, and general location, and may record anonymized session interactions to understand how the site is used. These tools do not run until you accept cookies.

To respond to and fulfill inquiries, communicate about projects, improve the website and its content, and keep the site secure. I do not sell your personal information.

I use trusted third parties that process data on my behalf:

• Vercel — website hosting and basic request logs.
• Sanity — content management for the site.
• Web3Forms — delivers inquiry-form submissions to my email.
• Google Analytics — site traffic analytics (loads only with consent).
• Microsoft Clarity — usage analytics and anonymized session insights (loads only with consent).
• Stripe — payment processing, if and when you pay an invoice (Stripe handles card data directly; I do not store it).

Each provider has its own privacy policy governing its handling of data.

The site uses a cookie-consent banner. Analytics cookies (Google Analytics, Microsoft Clarity) load only after you accept. If you decline, analytics are not loaded. You can change your choice anytime by clearing the site's storage in your browser, which will make the banner reappear. Essential functionality (e.g., remembering your consent choice) does not require analytics cookies.

Inquiry submissions are kept for as long as needed to respond and maintain business records, then deleted on request or when no longer needed. Analytics data is retained per the analytics providers' default retention settings.

Depending on where you live (including under the Arizona and California consumer privacy laws, and the GDPR for EU/UK visitors), you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information, and you may opt out of analytics by declining cookies. This site is for business inquiries and is not directed to children under 13, and I do not knowingly collect their information.

I use reputable providers with industry-standard safeguards. No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, but I take reasonable steps to protect your information.
